Training Plan Creation

  • You can now adjust the initial phase of your training plan to match your current training load. The AI automatically analyzes your recent training history to recommend a starting phase, though you can manually choose the option that best fits your needs:

    • Start Fresh: For athletes returning from extended rest. Includes FTP test in the first week.

    • 2 weeks + recovery: Continue current mesocycle with 2 load weeks before first recovery.

    • 1 week + recovery: Complete current load block with 1 week before first recovery.

    • Recovery only: Start with immediate recovery week if you're arriving fatigued.

Events & Races

  • Upload your event's GPX file to generate a performance prediction.

  • Prediction:

    • Analyzes your FTP, athlete profile, power curve, and fatigue levels to estimate your performance on the exact GPX route.

    • Generates Estimated Time, average speed, and target power based on your activity history.

    • Automatic detection of climbs, short hills, and flat sections, each with a recommended target power.

    • Nutrition plan with hourly carbohydrate intake targets.

    • A personalized race strategy tailored specifically for you by our AI.
